Raley’s Family of Fine Stores will open a new store in Rancho Cordova, the West Sacramento-based grocer announced on Monday. It's one of three stores the company is opening in the region.
The Rancho Cordova location will cover more than 40,000 square feet in a new shopping center developed by Donahue Schriber at the southwest corner of Sunrise Boulevard and Douglas Road. The store is expected to open in May 2017.
"This new store meets Raley’s strategic plan for growth and fits perfectly in our portfolio of stores," said Mike Teel, the grocer's CEO and majority owner, in a prepared statement.
