Village Farms recently appointed Michael Carr as the company’s National Field Marketing Manager. In this new role for the company Mr. Carr will be responsible for driving the tactical execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Carr will report directly to Doug Kling, the company’s Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer.
Carr brings approximately 20 years of experience in both Sales and Marketing with well known CPG organizations such as Quaker Oats, The Coca-Cola Company, Pepsi Bottling Company, and most recently Applegate Farms. He is a business leader who effectively integrates Sales, Marketing, and Finance through his proven expertise and solid analytics track record. Carr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY. The company is pleased to welcome Mr. Carr to the Village Farms family.
