CHICAGO — Bays Corporation announced today that Brighette Anderson has been hired as Technical Services Director. Anderson will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing food safety and regulatory compliance policies and procedures for Bays English Muffins.
With more than 12 years of experience in the food industry, Anderson has a proven track record in the Quality Assurance field and has worked for some of the most recognizable brands in the industry. Prior to joining Bays, Anderson served as Quality Manager at Gonnella Baking Company for three years and before that, she worked in Quality Assurance/Quality Control for Kraft Foods for three years.

Anderson was born and raised in Chicago. She attended school at Barber-Scotia College in Concord, NC where she received her degree in Biology. She lives in Chicago with her husband and four sons.
