A2 Milk has reported a full-year net loss after absorbing costs associated with its ASX listing and employee share plan, but said revenue was significantly higher.
The firm, recently the subject of a takeover offer from Freedom Foods and Dean Foods, said there had been no talks with its suitors since a bid was spurned in July.
"We have had no further communication with either Freedom Foods or Dean Foods since we advised that the proposal in the Expression of Interest was not compelling," the group said in a statement.
