Bridor Creates Nearly Two-Mile Conveyor In Plant Expansion

Bridor USA has completed a $32 million expansion of its Vineland, N.J., production facility where it makes croissants, brioche and chocolatine.

The project was initiated in the spring of 2014 and involved increasing its existing facility 2260 Industrial Way by 47,000 square feet, bringing the total size up to 183,000 square feet.

With the expansion, Bridor has what it touts as the longest pastry and croissant production line in the country at nearly two miles long.
