Coach Farm turns 30 years old this year and is celebrating by releasing a new cheese, Hudson Valley Truffle. This cheese is the perfect representation of what we do at Coach Farm: something that is bold, different and delicious. Hudson Valley Truffle reaches peak perfection after being meticulously hand turned and aged for four weeks inside of a 38°F refrigerated aging room. Once this edible delicate bloomy rind is sliced, the intense earthy aroma from the Italian black truffle pieces fills the air.
Coach Farm is running this contest so that cheese fans have a chance at getting their hands on it first before it hits store shelves. Contest is from June 1 – 21st, 2015. Five winners will be chosen at random on June 22nd. Winners receive one 2lb wheel of Hudson Valley Truffle.
