BARABOO, WIS. – Doug Wilke, Foremost Farms USA vice president of marketing and technology, is the new president of the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI). ADPI is the leading national trade association representing manufacturers and marketers of dairy-based ingredients. Its sole mission is to increase the worldwide use of dairy ingredients by marshaling the technical, manufacturing, and marketing resources of its members and others. Wilke will serve a two-year term.
Wilke has previously served as the organization’s vice president and steps into the role at an exciting time. “My focus will be to build on the success ADPI has achieved over the last few years. The dairy ingredient industry is poised for unprecedented growth and our mission is to be a resource to aid that growth any way we can.”
Wilke has been with Foremost Farms since 1987, starting as a production associate at Foremost Farms’ Appleton cheese plant. He became vice president of Foremost Farms’ cheese division in 2001. Wilke lives in LaValle, Wis., with his wife, Lisa. They have a daughter, Hailey.
