To better represent the American Bakers Association’s (ABA) recently renamed and rebranded Executive Leadership Development Committee (ELDC), ABA is launching a new logo that more clearly reflects the committee’s vision and purpose for enhancing the professional development of the industry’s future leaders.
“We felt that a fresh new look was needed to better attract and gain the attention of the next generation of industry leaders,” said NextGenBaker Co-Chair Morgan Murphy of Mother Murphy’s Flavors.
“We took to heart the remarks made by ABA Chairman Rich Scalise at last year’s Convention when he said that the success of our industry depends on motivating, attracting, and retaining young leaders. We feel the new name and brand for this ABA Committee will better fulfill this mission,” said Co-Chair Jesse Amoroso of Amoroso's Baking Company. “It’s a name with which the next generation of industry leaders can better connect and relate.”
