Ken Downey and Jean Claude Durousseaud first met at the IBIE show in Las Vegas 2013. At that time Ken was the president of the Retail Bakers of America (RBA). They met again at Europain 2014 in Paris. This is when they decided to launch a website dedicated to bringing the BEST of both worlds to the baking industry in the USA.

KEN DOWNEY has over 30 years experience in the Baking Industry and has a proven track record. He has done almost everything in his career, from bakery ingredient sales to owning his own retail bakery, to being the Bakery Director of a major supermarket chain.
Ken is a graduate of the American Institute of Baking, former president of the NJ Bakers Board of Trade and Immediate Past President of The Retail Bakers of America (RBA). Ken currently owns his own Bakery Consulting business.
JEAN-CLAUDE DUROUSSEAUD owns his own consulting and Business development company in France specializing in the food industry, specifically the bakery and pastry business.
