COHOES, N. Y. — Bilinski Sausage Manufacturing Company CEO, Steven Shonwetter and his family, have been running Bilinski's Sausages in Cohoes since 1983.
It wasn't until six years later, when Steven's father had a heart attack that the company would turn all natural and antibiotic free.
"He said Steve read this, it's gonna put you right out of business and on the brochure in the hospital it said you can no longer eat bologna, liverwurst, hot dogs, kielbasa and it was pretty much everything we made," Schonwetter explained.
