FRAMINGHAM Hoping to launch a raw milk operation from Eastleigh Farm, Doug
Stephan thought he was in the clear.
The Board of Health gave the green light to such an operation more than a month
ago, and since then he received the proper certification from the state.
Now he must read the fine print.
Last week the Board of Health came out with what might be the toughest set of
regulations regarding the sale of raw milk in the state .
Some suggest the board was overzealous in its regulations.
