Hackensack, NJ – Vision Import Group has announced the hiring of Steve Hitchings as their new General Manager in the Southeast Office in Lakeland, FL. Hitchings, who has more than 34 years of procurement and sales experience in produce, will work under the direction of Vision Import Group VP of Sales and Partner Ronnie Cohen.
Most recently, Steve was part of the procurement / sales team – for Paradise Produce Distributing. Prior to that, he held a Vice President position with Maines Paper / Food Services and was the owner of Mangoes Plus.
Steve began his new position at Vision Import Group on Monday January 5, and is located in the company’s office in Lakeland, Florida.
