In addition to ‘Phaedra’, a prizewinner, the new range of roses from BestSelect also includes ‘Harmonia’, ‘Artemis’ and ‘Nero’.
‘Harmonia’ is a cluster rose that grows to 50 cm. The double flowers have a special appeal. This is because each petal has a touch of dark pink like a hand-painted brushstroke. This contrasts attractively with the yellow heart of the flower. This cluster rose flowers throughout the summer and is highly resistant to the most common rose diseases. This ‘Harmonia’ requires no special attention apart from the annual pruning and general maintenance.
‘Artemis’ is a very striking pink cluster rose that flowers opulently. Thanks to its abundant blossoms, this newcomer would be a real eye-catcher in any border. It has well-filled blossoms and reflowers well. This rose grows to 60 cm and is highly resistant to mildew.
‘Nero’ is a low-growing cluster rose from 30 to 50 cm high and is especially suitable for low borders. The well-filled white flowers have a touch of vanilla-colour as they open and combine very nicely with such greenery as Box. It flowers all summer and even at the budding stage the flowers are very attractive.
