Liscio's Bakery in Glassboro has purchased a 107,364-square-foot industrial building located at 600 Ellis St.
The transaction represents an expansion for Liscio's, which nearly triples the size of its current manufacturing facility on Delsea Drive in Glassboro.
While considering a move to Philadelphia, the company was awarded $13.5 million in tax incentives by the Economic Development Agency through the "Grow New Jersey" Economic Opportunity Act of 2013.
