SPOKANE, Wash.–A Spokane business that primarily sold meat in bulk grew in leaps and bounds in just a few years.
Zaycon expanded to 1,400 locations across the country by 2014 after starting in 2010 with one location in Spokane. By 2014, there were 350,000 customers ordering from Zaycon.
Customers register online to see which meat products are available. Then, customers put in their order of a minimum of 40 pounds. After customers complete their order, the website tells them where to pick it up. Trips to the butcher are not required.
