PreGel America Adds Assistant Pastry Chef To Professional Training Center Staff

Maintaining its focus on blending passion with education, PreGel makes it a priority to employ a team of trained professional chefs in the company’s state-of-the-art Professional Training Center. The newest addition to this skilled team is Assistant Pastry Chef Brian Thornton, formerly of the Ritz Carlton Maui. Brian will utilize his specialty dessert experience toward assisting in training classes, products demos, trade shows, recipe development, culinary instruction and technical advisory.
