Electrolux Professional To Exhibit At NRA Show

Committed to building upon its innovative range of equipment solutions with a
focus on safety, hygiene, food quality and leading edge design, Electrolux
Professional North America will exhibit in Booth #6415 at the 2010 National
Restaurant Association, HotelMotel Show at McCormick Place in Chicago, May 22
25, 2010.
The Electrolux booth, #6415, will display a wide range of foodservice equipment,
each part of the Electrolux GREEN SPIRIT product range, providing a significant
savings in the consumption of gas and electricity, as well as a reduction in carbon
dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxide (NoX) emissions.
For the first time ever, Electrolux Professional will show the new airosteam®
TOUCHLINE combi oven and new airochill® with Cruise will also be on display at the
Electrolux Professional NRA Show booth #6416. The airosteam® TOUCHLINE offers
three cooking modes – automatic, programs and manual– to provide maximum
flexibility to the operator. It also offers a userfriendly High Definition Touch Screen
featuring 262,000 colors, 30 languages, and internationallyrecognized icons and
food images. The airochill® blast chiller has a onetouch, automatic chilling feature
that reduces the amount of time needed to chill or freeze, while eliminating the
potential for freezer burn. Used with the airosteam®, these GREEN SPIRIT products
create the Electrolux airosystem® for achieving a completely integrated cook and
chill process.
Also featured is the new Electrolux EMSeries restaurant range. This new range
includes ranges, charbroilers, griddles, ovens, cooktops and refrigerated bases.
These new units in 12”, 24”, 36” and 48” increments – were designed to be both
powerful and flexible, while saving energy at the same time.
Guests can check out Electrolux Professional’s High Speed Sandwich Press at NRA
as well. The High Speed Sandwich Press outperforms any standard sandwich grill
by taking a sandwich from 39°F to perfectly toasted with a core temperature of
140°F in less than 60 seconds, complete with grill marks for an appetizing
appearance.
Additionally, booth #6415 will showcase the Electrolux Dito TRK Combination Food
Processor and the Electrolux airoconvect Hybrid Convection Oven along with
several other Electrolux and Electrolux Dito products.
All of the Electrolux Professional foodservice products are backed by the Electrolux
Platinum Star™ Service Program which includes a two year parts and one year
labor warranty. The program provides a preinstallation site survey, an after
installation startup by a certified technician, 247 technical assistance, a 12 month
equipment performance check and access to a nationwide network of over 100
authorized service centers.
