ABINGDON, Va. — The winner of the 4th Annual Cake Decorating Challenge is Jodi Stiltner of Newport, Tennessee.
The Food City competition was held in Knoxville recently. Contestants were from stores throughout the regional chain, according to a written statement. Contestants had to decorate a sheet cake, a half sheet cake, a 6-pack of cupcakes and a dozen cupcakes, according to the statement.

Stiltner's mother taught her how to decorate cakes, and Stiltner has been working at Food City for the past six years. She got $500 and a gift package for her win. She also can submit an entry in the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association's National Cake Decorator's Challenge in Atlanta in June.
