The NW's Largest Cheese Festival Returns

PORTLAND, OR – The country's top artisan, specialty and farmstead cheesemakers will take over the streets of southeast Portland for THE WEDGE! Hosted by the Oregon Cheese Guild and Rogue Ales & Spirits, this farmer's-market-style event provides attendees a rare opportunity to meet the nation's finest artisan cheesemakers and purchase their award-winning cheeses.

The event will also feature more than 80 beers on tap, PDX wineries & spirits, cheese wheel bowling, pairing and plating classes and live music.

For more than two decades, Rogue Ales & Spirits has supported the renaissance of American artisan cheese through partnership with the Oregon Cheese Guild and American Cheese Society. 2014 also marks the 10th year of collaboration with Rogue Creamery, which has resulted in both world-class beers and cheeses.

As fellow farmers, Rogue remains dedicated to the DIY and GYO Revolutions by growing, malting, smoking, roasting, milling, mashing, brewing, fermenting, distilling and ocean-aging their own on two farms in Oregon's Willamette and Tygh Valleys.
