Narragansett Creamery, makers of Salty Sea Feta, Atwell’s Gold, smoked mozzarella and fresh ricotta and Divine Providence, has announced a new cheese – Mediterranean Style Grilling Cheese.
It can be grilled, baked or fried, no oil required, and holds it shape, getting crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
It can be mixed into salads or put on sandwiches or adorn fruit or grilled vegetables.
