CHICAGO — JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT), a leading global technology solutions provider to the food processing and air transportation industries, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Packer’s Manufacturing Inc. in Visalia, California.
Packer’s Manufacturing provides a full line of equipment for packing houses that support the fresh fruit and vegetable industry, including bin handling systems, volume fillers, and palletizers.
