ALBANY – Emmi Roth USA, a producer of premium specialty cheeses and dairy products, will expand its yogurt manufacturing facility in the Finger Lakes.
The Switzerland-based company said it will add 50 jobs as it expands its facility in Penn Yan, Yates County.
The company plans to spend $11.6 million to purchase equipment and expand its existing structure to expand its market in North America for its Siggi’s yogurt brand and other products, state officials said.
The state is offering $400,000 in tax breaks to the company if it meets its job and investment goals over several years.
