The FloraHolland App was released on Monday, June 23. With this app FloraHolland customers can easily access a number of services and gather information from their ‘My environment’ via their mobile access at any time.

This allows customers to stay optimally in touch with the most recent price information (FloraneXt), disruption warnings and the latest news from FloraHolland. The aim is ultimately to have all services available in the app that the grower will use on the workfloor. "We are striving to create one app housing multiple functions. Thus, the customer needs only one app," predicts Berrie de Mik, Online advisor at FloraHolland. "For now, we use this channel to supply price information, news and disruption warnings. But in the future, more and more possibilities will be added. For example, information about events, dealing with complaints, tracking & tracing and FloraMondo for trading."
