Schnuck Markets Inc. on Wednesday announced a new leader for its information technology efforts.
Robert Hardester was named chief information officer and a member of the senior management team for the company, which was rocked early last year by a massive data breach.
The hacking incident, which started in December 2012 and ran through March 2013, affected an estimated 2.4 million payment cards used at Schnucks stores.
