Denver, CO – Daffy Farms has introduced a new line of all natural caramel products for use by bakeries, the foodservice trade, baked goods manufacturers, and grocers. The new all natural caramel products contain non-GMO corn syrup, fresh cream, pure cane sugar, and butter, with no artificial flavors or colors. They come in convenient tubs ranging from seven ounces to five gallons of caramel.
“With the addition of our new all natural caramel products to our current product lines, we have a caramel for any type of application,” Phillip Kellogg, president of Daffy Farms, announced. “These formulations are also a natural choice for manufacturers and providers creating trendy salted caramel products and menu items.”
There are currently two varieties: All Natural Baker’s Caramel and All Natural Dipping and Baker’s Caramel. The dipping caramel is designed for dipping caramel apples and may be used on desserts and cakes. The baker’s caramel has a softer consistency and is an ingredient and topping used in a growing array of pastries, baked goods, confections, snacks, and desserts.
