Bolingbrook's Village Board voted Tuesday to allow a second Oberweis Dairy to be constructed in town.
The franchise, owned by state Sen. Jim Oberweis, features ice cream and other dairy products.
The new store will be at 860 E. Boughton Rd, near the intersection with Interstate 355 on the other side of town.
