Sandy Hundsrucker hopes one day grocery carts designed for children with special needs will be a common sight in grocery stores.
With the support of Festival Foods, which is purchasing one cart for each of its 19 stores in the state, she is a little closer to her goal.
“It was a simple as an email,” she said. “That’s all it took to get Festival to respond and within a week they had the cart.”
