Mann Packing Sweet Potatoes Crinkle Cut Fries To Appear On Food Network Canada

SALINAS, CA – Mann Packing’s Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries will be featured on national television this week on Food Network Canada.

Mann’s product will be featured on Food Factory, an original series created for The Food Network Canada, which airs on Discovery Channel subsidiary’s Destination America, as well as being broadcast in more than 160 countries worldwide.

The show takes audiences behind the scenes and into the factories where popular food and beverages are made; and is one of the highest rated programs on Food Network Canada with an average of 6 million viewers a week.

The segment about Mann’s Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries was filmed in October 2013 at California Fresh Farms—a Mann’s subsidiary processing facility in Delhai, Calif.  The producers decided to feature the Sweet Potato Fries to show the amazing process they follow on their journey from peeling to cutting to packaging to store shelves.  The episode will air on Friday, Feb. 21, at 9:30 p.m. (EST).
