Mechanicsville, VA — Olli Salumeria revealed its newest product – SALAMINI – at the recent Winter Fancy Food Show this month in San Francisco.
Salamini are bite-sized, ready to eat salame morsels. The salamini come 3 ounces to a package and are currently available in 4 varieties: Calabrese, Pepperoni, Napoli and Norcino.
“These are a no fuss addition to a platter because you don’t have to remove casing or slice anything,” says Jennifer Johnson, Director of Marketing at Olli Salumeria. “They are ready to go straight out of the package and perfect for a quick addition to the charcuterie board.”
As well as using these on a meat and cheese tray, they are a perfect snack item. “These are great for throwing in your pocket and taking on a hike. It’s an easy way to have a high quality snack on the run,” Johnson adds.
