Mission Produce Inc, Oxnard, CA, a global avocado and asparagus supplier has hired Joe Nava as sales representative.
Nava is a graduate of Cal Poly State University with a degree in Agribusiness and concentration in Marketing, and he received the Pack Career Pathways Fund scholarship through PMA. Joe interned in sales with Driscolls and Famous Software, then came to Mission where he initially worked in operations.
With a solid understanding of the production side of Mission, Joe was offered a full time position in sales. In his new role, Joe will be handling current and prospective accounts as well as attending various industry trade shows.
