Mifroma USA To Introduce New Line Of Specialty Artisanal Cheeses

Bonita Springs, Florida – Mifroma USA will introduce its new line of specialty artisanal cheeses during the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

From Switzerland’s finest master cheese makers and affineurs we will feature and sample:

  • Swiss Flower, a semi-hard cheese cured in Alpine Flowers. 
  • Gottardo, a specialty cheese made in the Italian region of Switzerland.
  • Edel Suisse, which will certainly attract attention with its raised relief rind.
  • Scharfer Morizz rounds off the new items from the cellars of Mifroma.

Doerig, Traditional Appenzeller and Appenzeller Extra will be featured together with the new “Black cheese from Urnaesch”. A must taste.

Bergsenn, from this new producer within the Mifroma group and maker of fine Savogniner Alpine cheeses you will be able to taste a mild, cave aged and reduced fat version. The “Steinbrecher” cheese is something unique and exclusive.

Mifroma will also present its traditional range of cheeses such as Emmentaler, Cavern Gruyere, Raclette and Tete de Moine.
