Lower Foods Becomes Allergen Free Facility

WOOSTER, Ohio – Lower Foods, Richmond, Utah, has implemented allergen-free production for all of its processed meats. For the past 36 months, Lower Foods has been identifying ways to improve processes and recipes to achieve this qualification for the entire product line. Lower Foods’ products also have reduced sodium, adding to the company’s long-time focus on offering all products without MSG and gluten.
