Hendrick Soils To Start Bagging Its Organic Soil For Retail Sales

Hendrick Soils is pleased to announce it will begin bagging their line of organic planting soils in the spring of 2014.  Driven by the demand of its organic soil business, Hendrick will sell the bags at the retail level through its store in Buford, GA and through its landscape division directly to homeowners in the metro Atlanta area.

Stuart Bracey, President of Hendrick Soils, stated “We have been manufacturing organic planting soils for a decade in bulk quantity and our customers want the product in smaller quantities.”   Bracey added “Our soil will be available in reusable burlap bags for homeowners who have a small garden or landscape projects.  We expect these bags to be a great way to deliver indigenous Georgia planting soil to the Georgia customer and help brand the Hendrick name.”

Hendrick has seen strong growth in the retail garden soil business and its landscape installation business.  Both have caused an expansion in the production of their planting soils.   The Hendrick Soils line will include garden soil, topdressing, topsoil and compost.
