Avondale, PA – To-Jo Food Products, Inc. introduced their new Bella Blended line of meatballs at the 2013 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, IL per Anthony J. D’Amico, President and fourth-generation leader of To-Jo Fresh Mushrooms, Inc. and To-Jo Food Products, Inc.
The company presented the new Bella Blended Meatballs which utilize a 50/50 blend of sliced mushrooms and ground beef. “We are very excited about this product. The reduction of calories and fat make this product extremely attractive for health care and school applications” states Mr. D’Amico. The product will be available in 0.5 oz., 1.0 oz., and 2.0 oz. sizes in mild and spicy varieties, covering appetizers to entrees. It will be manufactured in partnership with Devault Foods, Devault, PA and will be available through their wide network of food service distributors.
