THIBODAUX, La.– When Donny Rouse decides to replace his biggest selling brand of deli meat with a new one, you can be sure he's found something significantly better. After hundred of taste tests, and a visit to their state-of-the-art facility five miles south of San Francisco, Rouse chose Columbus deli meats as his new, main line of sliced-to-order meats.

Quality and flavor were what sold Rouse on Columbus. "I live to eat, too," says Rouse. Columbus uses whole cuts of premium meat, and spices and herbs are hand-rubbed, never injected. The meats are naturally slow roasted with imported wood from the Black Forest in Germany, then quickly chilled to lock in flavor. The entire line is 100% gluten free, 0% trans fat, and contains no artificial flavors, fillers, MSG or nitrates.
