Columbus, Ohio – The OFA Short Course, North America’s largest horticulture exhibition, is sold out and a waiting list has been established. The 7-acre trade show, with nearly 585 companies occupying over 1,500 exhibit spaces, will showcase products and services for garden center retailers, greenhouse and nursery growers, florists, interior plantscapers, and landscapers. In addition, companies will demonstrate products and services in the new varieties and new products display areas, Innovation Station, Garden Center Live!, and Grower Solutions.
“Even though we expanded the trade show floor this year, more companies want to exhibit. They know that qualified buyers will be at the Short Course, so it’s a perfect opportunity to meet with current and potential customers,” said Michael V. Geary, CAE, Chief Executive Officer. “Because this is where the industry meets, companies choose Short Course to debut new plant varieties, products, and services. We appreciate that buyers and sellers from across the globe come to the Short Course each July to get a worldwide perspective on horticulture and the business of gardening.”
The 2013 OFA Short Course, July 13-16, in Columbus, Ohio, will offer more than just a trade show. The four-day event includes more than 140 educational sessions, hands-on workshops, innovative learning labs, and several networking opportunities. Attendees will come from the United States and nearly 25 other countries.
