Rudi's Organic Bakery Completes New Dedicated Gluten-Free Facility

To all of our blog readers, I wanted to announce to you today that Rudi’s Organic Bakery has officially completed the expansion of our Boulder Bakery. The expanded bakery will allow Rudi’s Organic to increase production of both its Rudi’s Organic and Rudi’s Gluten-Free products by moving the baking of its gluten-free products to an exclusively gluten-free production room!! The new dedicated gluten-free bakery, adjacent to the existing organic bakery, will feature state-of-the-art equipment and ovens to enable us to continue to grow.

One of the most exciting attributes of our remodeled bakery is the new dedicated gluten-free line. While Rudi’s Gluten-Free products have always been certified gluten-free and carry the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) seal, Rudi’s Gluten-Free fans will be excited to know that all products are created in an exclusively gluten-free facility!!
