Addis Ababa – The 5th edition of HortiFlora Expo Ethiopia closed its doors last Friday and concluded satisfactory results for most of its exhibitors. Both prime exhibiting parties, i.e. growers and suppliers, were able to meet with the ones they wanted to see. Growers received a considerable number of flower buyers in their respective stands, from Russia, Middle East, Europe and even the USA, and suppliers were happy to meet with many owners of the farms, the persons that make the decisions and therefore the ones to talk to when it comes to buying decisions.
Over 100 companies exhibited in the fair and more than 1200 qualified visitors walked the aisles during the 3 day trade fair. Most visitors were directly related to the floriculture industry but a growing number was also linked to the vegetable and fruit industry.
