WESTBURY, N.Y. — Fairway Market will introduce its first kosher Thanksgiving catering menu on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Westbury store (1258 Corporate Drive) from 11 am to 2 pm. Shoppers can taste butternut squash bisque, roasted turkey, home-made turkey gravy, candied sweet potatoes, savory stuffing, classic cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and pies during this 'Hosting the Holidays' event.
"We're very delighted, for the first time, to offer a full kosher Thanksgiving menu with all the traditional and delicious foods that make this holiday so special," said Herb Ruetsch, CEO of Fairway Market. There will be a 10% discount on all Thanksgiving orders placed on November 4, 2012. All orders must be placed by Thursday, November 15, 2012 and picked up at the store Wednesday, November 21 from 8 am to 4 pm or Thursday, November 22, from 8 am to 12 noon.
