Anaheim, CA – Specialty Potato Alliance is ready for the PMA in Anaheim. “It’s a new deal this year,” commented Richard Leibowitz the Alliance’s director, “we will have more space to show our Family of Products and hopefully have more time to visit with the attendees. We have tried to design a booth that will let buyers identify with who we are and what we do very quickly while also offering greater detail for those wanting to know more about our products.
This year, the Alliance has doubled their space so the Growers Who Care will be able to spread out over a more comfortable space and avoid the incredible traffic jam SPA created last year. “It will be nice to be able to walk a customer through our entire program,” mentioned Sheldon Rockey a founding member of SPA and partner in the new White Rock facility in Mosca, Colorado. “Customers can now see the Organic line, Sustainable line, Heirloom Varieties, and our new Proprietary varieties along with the various packaging we have to offer.”
A new cooking station will allow a much better view of how easy Fingerling Potatoes are to cook along with sampling the new varieties exclusively available through SPA growers and distributors.
You can meet the growers, you can meet with the distributors, and you can meet with the salesman but the stars of the show will once again be the Fingerling Potatoes. The Rockey Rose, Red Rebel, and Merlot will all be available for tasting and the Alliance expects that you will agree that these potatoes are “Finger-Looking” good.
At the Anaheim Convention Center, the Specialty Potato Alliance will be whooping it up in booth number 974. Their expanded line of products and packaging will be on full display. “In a more relaxed atmosphere, we hope to be able to explain the advantages which working with SPA creates,” noted Mark Pittenger, sales director for the Alliance. “This year we can sit down with a customer and emphasize the year round distribution, packaging and variety options along with the unique flavors SPA has to offer. Customers willing to take the time will really understand our commitment to these products.”
