Woolwich Dairy Reveals Bold New Identity For Chevrai Brand

Woolwich Dairy of Orangeville (Ontario) Canada, and Lancaster, Wisconsin—North America’s leading manufacturer of premium goat cheese for nearly 30 years—is pleased to unveil its next evolution of the Chevrai®fresh unripened goat cheese brand. The new identity is bold and engaging, reinforcing Chevrai’s market position. While item size, UPC and all other product specs remain the same, the labels will convey a more aesthetically pleasing look, using a palate of bright colors to catch the consumer eye and communicate a clear distinction between the wide flavor assortments. A prominent placed ingredient illustration is also a key part in label redesign, further differentiating the varieties, with Woolwich Dairy’s highly recognizable logo as the unifying element. New labels will begin shipping mid-Autumn, with an informative flyer inserted in every case, providing retailers with a visual reference of old and new packaging.

“We’re very pleased with our refreshed, contemporary look for our popular Chevrai brand,” said Lindsay Gregory, Woolwich Dairy Marketing Manager, “and will support the transition at both retail and consumer levels, with sell sheets, point-of-sale material, print and social media announcements.”

Established in 1983 by the Dutra family, Woolwich Dairy has pioneered the growth of Canada’s premium goat’s milk cheese and dairy category, and is considered one of primary sources of specialty goat cheeses—many award-winning—in North America today.
