We’re looking to bring aboard an experienced produce sales professional. In this role, your mission is to sell large volumes of internationally imported organic fruit commodities to domestic customers. This job
is all about achieving and exceeding sales targets by hitting the phones, creating new clients and opportunities, and aggressively marketing Blueberries, Apples, Pears, Mangoes, Bananas, Pineapples, Grapes, Cherries, Asparagus, Avocados, and more. This is a mid-level position reporting to the USA CEO.

We’d be pleased to hear from you if you have at least four years of sales experience in the fresh produce world; experience selling a wide range of produce commodities and high number of SKUs
simultaneously – organic and/or fruit commodity items strongly preferred; experience cultivating and managing large volumes of profitable customer relationships (15+ client deals, minimum);
willingness and ability to be “on-call”; able to work PM and weekend shifts, if necessary. Strong working knowledge of Excel and internet based software.

Successful candidates will have a proven ability to recognize and capture opportunities for business expansion with new clients and within existing key-customers; the ability to tackle problems head-on with tact and professionalism; demonstrated past success in a fast, dynamic sales environment.

Compensation is competitive based on experience and includes commission based on results as well as Health Insurance benefits and paid vacations.
