Sprouts Farmers Markets, a majority owned by Apollo Global Management LLC (APO), announced that Shon Boney will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Sprouts. Shon Boney has served as Chief Executive Officer since the company's founding in 2002.
Stan Boney, Sprouts' former Chairman of the Board, will continue his service as an active member of the Board of Directors.
Long-time Sprouts President Doug Sanders will become President and Chief Executive Officer, whereby he will continue to be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of running the business.
