Chefs have paid homage to this tasty mollusk with elegant creations and some surprising ingredients. In Las Vegas the same creativity and originality that Sage brought to ARIA Resort and Casino, is celebrated in its Kushi Oysters. Shawn McClain‘s creation is a delicacy of five scrumptious and buttery oysters which are complemented by a cooling sorbet.
Also at ARIA Chef Masa Takayama’s recently opened teppan concept, Tetsu, lets guests indulge in an intimate dining experience featuring highly skilled teppan chefs overseeing six grills and a produce table where one can select the proteins for your entrée. However, it is the the à la carte menu that marries a magnificent sea creature with a delicate oyster with its Sizzling Jalapeño Octopus and Oyster with Tomatillo Ceviche.
