Phillips Foods Adds To Foodservice Sales Team

Baltimore MD –  Phillips Foods, the number one selling brand of crab meat and crab cakes in the United States, is proud to announce the hiring of industry leading sales experts for retail and foodservice to their successful U.S. sales team. 

Tom Sherman, the new Vice-President of Retail and Club Sales, will be charged with growing Phillips retail frozen and pasteurized product sales in the retail and club channels.  Formerly Brice Phillips held this position and today Brice has been appointed Vice President of Headquarter Sales focused on key national and high volume accounts.  Tom has more than a quarter century of experience in retail food sales formerly leading retail sales growth with Icelandic USA by penetrating numerous key accounts including Target, Wal-Mart, BJ’s and Costco.

Kerry Frye, appointed Regional Retail Sales Manager- West Coast will be tasked with growing Phillips West Coast retail sales. Frye has 20 years experience in seafood sales. 

Alex Cook has been named Regional Foodservice Sales Manager- Northeast.  Alex joins Phillips with strong foodservice sales experience and more than ten years in the seafood category. Donald Manning, formerly in this position, will shift responsibility to the Mid-Atlantic States.
