NEWARK, NJ – D’Artagnan, a leading purveyor of gourmet meats, foie gras, mushrooms and truffles to chefs, retailers and consumers announced they have signed an agreement to acquire all the assets of Pasture to Plate, Inc.. a Cicero, Illinois based supplier to restaurants in the Midwest. Chicago becomes the hub for D’Artagnan’s Midwest expansion plans.

Based in Newark, NJ, D’Artagnan is expanding their geographical coverage into the Chicago area, which will enable them to more efficiently service their growing client base in the Midwest. From their Newark warehouse, D’Artagnan’s fleet of trucks delivers daily to restaurants and retailers from Boston to Washington, D.C.
