FloraHolland – During weeks 24 to 26 FloraHolland will run a research on customers’ opinion. Buyers of FloraHolland are requested to evaluate the services of FloraHolland, and what would they like to change/improve. The findings of this research will be the base for the service improvements in the coming years.
A comparable research was made in 2011 among FloraHolland’s suppliers. The intention is to carry out such study every year, alternately among growers and buyers.
The growers’ opinion research has in the meantime yield substantial results, among others the change in the structure for members involvement , and improved communication with members.
Next week all clients will receive a digital invitation to participate taking about 10-15 minutes time. The buyers have time till the end of June to complete the questionaire. The results of the study will be published in September.
Robert Roodenburg, manager of the wholesalers’ association VGB expressed his support for this opinion-research. Timo Huges, FloraHolland’s CEO said that FloraHolland has the ambition to be an excellent service provider; something that can only be achived in the floriculture sector by collaboration of all the chain partners. “FloraHolland cannot exist without its customers”, he added.
