A Waterloo County dairy farmer is making his Golden Guernsey milk available to consumers.
The milk, packaged in glass bottles, comes from the Guernsey herd at Eby Manor Farm, near Conestogo, Ontario.
The milk is processed off-farm, pasteurized and homogenized so it meets all the industry's standards. It will be sold directly from the farm and at 22 retail outlets in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and Toronto.
