PORTLAND, Ore. – At the International Boston Seafood Show to be held March 11-13, Pacific Seafood, a family owned seafood company based in Portland, Ore., will showcase several new products including their exclusive line of Columbia River Steelhead™ (trout), Salmolux new Sea Passion® brand hot and cold smoked gourmet seafood and the new Gulf Coast Advantage™ USA harvested, wild and sustainable shrimp. In addition, many new products will be introduced in the recently released Newport® and SnoMist™ line of products.
Chef Demo and Tasting
Chef Gary Puetz, The Seafood Steward, will be on hand preparing featured products for tasting, as well as signing copies of his book Cooking with the Seafood Steward. Chef Gary is an internationally acknowledged seafood expert, chef, educator and promoter of all things that swim. He is currently the Executive Chef for Pacific Seafood and has appeared on TV cooking programs across the country.
Salmolux introduces their new Sea Passion® brands Salmolux, Federal Way, WA; a Pacific Seafood Group Company, will launch their new Sea Passion brand Gourmet Seafood products. These products include wild and farmed hot and cold smoked salmon as well as jarred herring and spreads. Salmolux will also introduce a Columbia River Steelhead, both hot and cold smoked processed from Pacific Seafood Groups own farm on the mighty Columbia River. Salmolux has been processing quality gourmet seafood products for over 25 years. Pacific Seafood acquired Salmolux in 2009.
