The label fish4future® stands for fish and seafood originating from proven sustainable sources and is certified by third party based on fish4future® standards. The label is available to all interested fisheries, producers and consumers. It is suitable for worldwide usage through licensing for processors, wholesale, retail sale and catering.
Thanks to a new procedure and in cooperation with a molecular biological laboratory fish4future® has successfully developed a process that enables the identification of fish/seafood species from consumer back to origin.
